A day in the life
Our business has evolved and grown so much over the past two years and now, we’re ready for the next exciting chapter. That’s where you come in! We’re looking for a People Coordinator who’s passionate about making work a great place to be and wants to grow their HR career in a friendly, collaborative, and purpose-driven team.
At the heart of our People team is a simple mission: to empower and support our employees at every stage of their journey, from their very first day to their next big step. We’re all about creating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and set up for success. As a regulated business, we’re equally proud of our commitment to fairness, transparency, and integrity in everything we do for both our people and our customers.
As our People Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things People. Your days will be full of variety: answering queries, coordinating HR processes, and supporting the team on everything from employee relations and benefits administration to onboarding and beyond. You’ll keep our systems (Bob HRIS and Greenhouse ATS) running smoothly and make sure every interaction feels seamless and supportive.
You’ll also get hands-on experience in exciting People projects and initiatives that shape our culture and employee experience, as well as providing warm, on-the-ground support in our London HQ in Farringdon.
Most importantly, you’ll be joining a welcoming, inclusive team that truly cares about what they do whilst helping you grow. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact, develop your skills, and help us deliver the next stage of our People strategy.
So, if you’re looking for a role where every day brings something new, where your ideas are heard, and where you can build your HR career surrounded by great people, we’d love to meet you.
