About the Opportunity

It’s an exciting time to be part of our company as we’re growing quickly and shaking up the world of pet health and insurance.  Following a team restructure, we’re looking to hire a Communications and CRM Executive to help us with a wide range of customer communications initiatives we’re looking to launch.

Day-to-day, you’ll work across everything and anything: from journey mapping and planning, to writing and creating the comms our customers hear and read every day; to helping us shape what makes our content ‘feel’ like ManyPets. We can promise a lively and varied working day where you’ll make an impact from the get-go!

Your Focus

  • Partner with the Global CRM Strategy Manager to activate our ManyPets communications and CRM strategy.
  • Craft and create a broad range of customer communications collateral – which is personalised, effective, and always in line with our brand tone of voice.
  • Responsible for the delivery of our automated communications and broadcasts to customers through our current systems, with a particular focus on email, SMS, and telephony.
  • Collaborate with the global Marketing and wider CX team to effectively map customer journey touchpoints – ensuring content and communications is joined up from pre to post sale.
  • Supporting the broader Marketing, Operations and Engineering, Product and Design (“EPD”) teams to meet our key objectives for customer care and communications.
  • Work alongside our CX, Brand, UX and EPD teams to build and update email templates and communications content in our email builder tool: ensuring all content we share is accessible, inclusive, and fit for purpose.
  • Track new requests and our team communications archive – making sure these are managed and overseen from brief to go-live.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and concepts in CRM management – exploring new and innovative ways for us to reach our customers and maintain engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ll be in a similar CX, CRM or communications role and you bring experience of setting up communication flows and automation within CRM platforms.
  • You’ve worked with dynamic customer communications platforms (scheduled and personalised campaigns) and operational communications tools (contact centre communications, online help centres, telephony systems et al.)
  • You can demonstrate an understanding of how communications link to customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall organisational success.
  • You’re a compelling writer with a keen eye for detail and high standards. You have written a variety of comms for different types of audiences, mediums, and channels.
  • You have a superb command of the English language and you have held a role where writing for customers was a large part of your daily routine.
  • You’ll be familiar with marketing platforms such as Mail Chimp, Customer.io, Pardot and Marketing Cloud.
  • Ideally, you’ll have experience of working within in a regulated environment like ours.

Hybrid-Working

Everything changed overnight when the pandemic happened.
