The Opportunity

As one of the fastest-growing, global insurtech businesses we are not short of opportunities to partner with fantastic businesses and brands.  Through partnerships, we bring our market-leading products to a broader audience and bring extra value ad opportunities to our customers.

Working closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will support the Partnerships team in a varied role, with lots of opportunities to learn new skills and develop personally. The role is extremely varied - you could be activating a new partnership relationship with a cross-functional reach; the next you could be helping a partners (and internal teams) understand it's performance via a meaningful data and reports.

This role will suit an adaptable person, who's comfortable taking on and managing a variety of tasks simultaneously.  You'll welcome the opportunity to become an integral part of the teams' success and you can handle some of the tight deadlines and responsibility that comes with it.  Through your methodical approach to work, you'll bring structure and organisation - delivering at the highest level, with a keen eye for detail.  There's plenty of scope to forge a longer-term career in Partnerships and lots to learn along the way!

Your Focus 

  • Supporting our Partnerships team with research on target sectors and partners.
  • Working with Partnership Managers and selected partners, you'll ensure an awesome customer experience by getting ahead (and resolving) any issues that may affect our joint customers.
  • Supporting and sometimes leading the delivery of internal operational updates, and larger projects that impact Partnerships
  • Working with our agency you will oversee onboarding onto our Affiliate Programme - and managing our data and reporting.
  • Connecting internal teams to Partnerships – you'll draft documentation/guides and implement and activate our partnership offers.
  • Engaging with a broad and varies stakeholder base, you'll collaborate with teams including Marketing, Product, Legal, and Compliance: owning Partnership actions.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the Partnerships CRM and responding to inbound enquires.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous B2B partnerships, sales or marketing experience.
  • Some previous experience in Affiliate Marketing would be an advantage.
  • You have experience of relationship management - both external and internal.
  • You know the basics of project management - or have a desire to learn the fundamentals.
  • You'll have amazing administration skills and are a clear, confident communicator.
  • You know Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and are familiar with reporting and visualisation tools like Power BI.

Hybrid-Working

Everything changed overnight when the pandemic happened.
